I am a PhD student at Harvard University working with Hanspeter Pfister and Jeff Lichtman on connectomics. We are creating a full wiring diagram of the mammalian brain at nanometer resolution.
Prior to that, I worked with Rudolph Pienaar and Ellen Grant at Boston Children's Hospital, with Kilian Pohl at UPenn, and with Steve Pieper and Ron Kikinis at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Originally from Germany, I studied Medical Computer Science at the University of Heidelberg under Hartmut Dickhaus.
My main interests are machine learning, visualization and medical imaging. All of my work is available as open research.
